Intra abdominal abscess - ruptured appendix - laparoscopic surgery

A 60 year old male patient admitted to hospital due to abdominal pain and vomiting.
Clinical signs of acute abdomen were present as well as raised Inflammatory markers: WBC-15,3; Granulocytes-93,7%; CRP-186,1
Urgent surgery was performed.
The patient was released from hospital the 6th P/O day in good general condition and regular digestive functions.
