#CPDMEWEBINAR

My name is Sandy Robertson and I am an emergency medicine ST6 trainee in South East Scotland and the chair of the Royal college of emergency medicines environmental specialist interest group. Over the last few years, I have led our group to make college, more sustainable. We started with divesting from fossil fuels along with advocating about the impact of the climate crisis on the healthcare of our patients. As the co-clinical lead for the GreenED, I am developing a framework which can be applied to any emergency department, to make the shift to a more sustainable way of working.

In this webinar, we will discuss:
- The impacts of the climate emergency on health
- How healthcare is contributing to the climate emergency
- How we can make simple changes in our practice to have a high impact on improving our impact on the planet.
