a Great Recipe for Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredientes:
1 pechuga cortada en 3 pedazos
Un poquito de sal
1 cucharadita de harina
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
2 ½ cucharadas de salsa de Soya (Kikoman)
2 cucharadas de Mirin
2 cucharadas de vinagre de Arroz
2 cucharadas de azúcar moreno
¼ cucharadita de jengibre en polvo (puede ser fresco mucho mejor)
¼ cucharadita de ajo en polvo (puede ser fresco mucho mejor)
1 cebollina picada
Procedimiento
1Tenemos ya las pechugas le ponemos un poquito de sal
Y le agregamos la 1 cucharadita de harina
2 ponemos una sarten con poco aceite y ponemos las pechugas para freírlas que se pongan doradas muy bien por los 2 lados, en ese momento ponemos la cebollina picada
3 luego ponemos la salsa y revolvemos, dejamos que se cocine la salsa.

Luego servimos con arroz de Jasmine
