Pizza has taken chef Jason Winters to a lot of places. From celebrity mansions to drive-in movie theaters, to children’s birthday parties. But now, the roaming pizza van is embarking on a new chapter with the opened of its first brick-and-mortar, a move a decade in the making for the venerated chef and a bright new edition to the Belmont Heights area.
