1 lb. sausage (I used Jimmy Dean regular breakfast sausage)
10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 cups shredded)
2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Mix well. Form into small balls. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
