How will we work tomorrow? Organizations of the future | Markus Reitzig | TEDxViennaSalon
How will we work in the future? Most debates so far have focused on how skill requirements and individual jobs will change as a consequence of the ongoing technological and demographic transformation. In this talk, Markus Reitzig takes the discussion a step further by reflecting on how current trends such as AI, increasing knowledge complexity, population growth, and rising economic inequality will affect our collaboration more broadly. While we will continue to work in organizations, these will look very different from the traditional companies of today. Managers will have to re-think how to structure activities to attract and retain future talent.
