ALONG ROMNEY, HYTHE & DYMCHURCH LINES celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway which opened in June 1927. The line runs for 14 miles across the Romney marshes from Hythe to Dungeness, and operates quite possibly the world's finest collection of 15 inch gauge steam and diesel locomotives giving you the chance to experience locomotives such as 'Hurricane' or 'Typhoon' on Kent's only surviving steam main line: albeit in miniature!
