Fencing Training Agility Drills Ladder Hurdles Cones Exercises

Hello my lovely viewers it is time to introduce another hobby on my channel, this been said I love to be active, I love fencing.

Here is a short agility ladder drills great for fencing training with kids, adults and professional fencers.
You have to adjust the speed, number of hurdles and cones and the reps for any level.
I like to do it 2 sets ( 1 set is one repetition) per exercises.
Feel free and adjust it to your needs.
Incorporate it in to your warm up routine and you will see great flow in your fencing footwork, light legs moving on the piste, balance and stability.

I'm on a vegan lifestyle for more then 6 years and I feel AMAZING,inside out,outside,my mind it's more clear and I feel more awake to the real life.

I love to create things with my on hands,I love to do DIY projects and recycle projects as long as I can do it why not:)
In my vocabulary the words “I can't” doesn't exist,I like to try and see how it goes,I may succeed or I may fail,if I fail I like to try again:) but most of the time I succeed:)
