FD RX7 Dash Bezel Painting and New (to me) Seats

Anyone in the FD RX-7 or other 90s JDM community knows that tracking down good parts is getting more and more difficult and expensive. I coughed up a lot of money on my interior restoration and still came up short finding a few good pieces. One of those for me was my bezel trim around the factory radio and air conditioning controls. Sure, they could be found online or searching forums and market places, but they always seemed to be just in bad of a condition as mine. Broken tabs, scratches, you name it. These seem to fetch an unreasonable price (often around $200 US) at that condition. I decided to tackle repairing mine and using SEM texture paint and top coats to make the trim like new again. I am really happy with the results and can’t recommend these products enough. This video shows the process and results. I also clean up a new set of OEM seats and get them ready to go into the car.
