Harbor Freight started in 1977 and with over 40 years in business they are still carrying the reputation of cheap 1970 knock-off tools by a portion of the population. Is it appropriate to buy Bauer, Hercules, and Earthquake? Some say no, but is this the smart way to think? Could it be that Harbor Freight is now on par with the name brand tools?
