Hi Everyone, I'm back with another diet vlog, and this time it is a much healthier version diet that i got from versatile vicky video that you guys can check here:

Here are the list of ingredients that you will need to have for this diet:
Oatmeal
Yogurt
Flax seed
Cinnamon powder
Almonds
Honey (Optional)
Apples
Green Tea
Eggs
Mushrooms
Dill leaves
Extra Virgin olive oil
Corn flakes
Onions
Bell pepper
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Gherkins
Chillis (Optional)
Lemon juice/ Lemon
Ginger
Mint leaves
Papaya
Prunes
Milk
