In this lesson, i'm going to take you all with me as i go through the process of writing a guest solo for Eric Hill's song "Silos". In the process, we will talk about the importance of LISTENING, building themes and motifs, call and response phrases, the importance of chord tones, how to choose the right scales to use over tricky chords, phrasing tips, my studio gear setup, and so much more!
