Very Quick and Easy Raspberry and Lime Jam

Recipe and run through for the beautiful tasting (even if I say so myself) Raspberry and Lime Jam.
Ingredients-
1kg Raspberries
1kg Granulated Sugar
2 Limes
Pectin per instructions on label. For the Pectin we use this is 3-8 grams per Kilo of fruit (or Sugar)
