Driver repeatedly rams parked car near crowded taco truck

The woman - identified as 24-year-old Amber Rose Tyson - can be seen backing her silver Mercedes-Benz into the hood of a Mustang on Sunday morning. A warrant is out for the woman's arrest and Los Angeles police hope to charge her with felony vandalism and battery. Tyson has a previous January 2018 arrest for vandalism, evading a peace officer and DUI.
