David Beckham has made one young fan's dream come true after he arrived unexpectedly at Great Ormond Street Hospital to reveal she had picked up an honour at this year's Pride of Britain Awards. In a sneak peek clip, 11-year-old Ella is left in shock as the 43-year-old sports star walked through the doors of a playroom in the children's hospital and greeted her with twinkling smile.
