Dior AW26 at the Tuileries | Macaulay Culkin,

“It’s not your dad. It’s not your neighbour. It’s Macaulay Culkin at Dior.”

At the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris, Jonathan Anderson presented his second ready-to-wear collection leading Dior — transforming the gardens into a lily-pad greenhouse.

Peplums returned. Structure came back into focus. The silhouettes felt romantic and architectural. Maybe not every look was perfectly cohesive — but the craftsmanship was undeniable.

The beauty direction was deceptively simple.
Hair was controlled yet natural. Makeup was restrained, clean, and intentional. That kind of “effortless” takes serious technique backstage.

If you’re studying fashion, hair, makeup, or costume — understanding houses like Dior isn’t optional. It’s essential. Fashion history is creative currency.

In this video I break down:
– The set design and inspiration
– Key silhouettes and peplum revival
– Hair and makeup analysis
– Why legacy houses still matter
