To us, this is the easiest way to stir fry mixed vegetables in a jiffy. Chinese style cooking usually include the addition of oyster sauce and light soy sauce. but in this recipe, instead of light soy sauce, we've replaced it with fish sauce because it is more fragrant. This recipe is very simple to execute. If you like crunchy vegetables, be sure not too cook them for too long otherwise the vegetables will lose their crunch. Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

3 slices of young ginger
5 cloves of chopped garlic
1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/3 cup of water
1 teaspoon of sugar
150g of cauliflower
150g of broccoli
1/2 stalk of carrot (sliced)
90g of choy sum (cai xin)
