TWO-YEAR ALS UPDATE
I was diagnosed with ALS two years ago today, and I can still do whatever I want! (That is, if it's something that doesn't require me to use my arms, hands, legs, or voice😕) This journey has been extremely difficult for my whole family. We do our best to enjoy life, but to be honest, it's hard.

Although my body is messed up, I haven't changed on the inside. Well, actually that's not quite true. I am BETTER on the inside. My heart, mind, and spirit have been refined as gold is refined in the fire. But I sure wish that I didn't have to go through this. And even more, I wish that my family didn't have to go through this. I know that many, if not most of you, are experiencing your own difficult trials. I pray that each of you will grow in the midst of your suffering, learn to rely on God, and that you will gain an eternal perspective. Life is hard, but God is good! ❤️
