21 Days of No Sugar: Part 2: Changes I saw in my skin and body

My story: I quit refined sugar and this happened. This is not the first time I quit refined sugar completely. I had taken up this challenge in sep 2025 for the first time. This is the second time im doing it!
Context: I spent the last 2 months buying a house, leaving my old rented apartment, feeling utterly stressed, uprooted and chaotic. And if you deal with PCOS, gut issues, breakouts or sugar cravings, you know stress + sugar is the worst combination. Mid of February I started my #21DayNoSugarChallenge to give my gut a reset 💪💛
