In this video, I’ll finally start to assemble my new Avid CNC 4848 Pro router! First I’ll show you how I assembled the leg kit and machine frame. I’ll then put on the corner gussets. Then I’ll guide you through the installation of the linear rails and bearing blocks. I’ll get a head start on the next video by assembling the riser blocks, and installing the riser plates and tie plates.

Finally, I’ll give you couple of tips that I picked up while putting the frame together.
