Adding a T-Track Spoilboard To My Avid 4848 Pro CNC

In this video, I’ll show you how I created a T-track and MDF spoilboard for my new Avid CNC 4848 Pro CNC Router! First I’ll show you how I laid out the t-track. I’ll then show you how I spaced the t-track using the MDF strips I’ll be attaching to the table top. Then I’ll show you how I mounted and sealed the MDF. And then I’ll show you the two toolpaths I created in Vectric Aspire to surface the spoilboard.

Finally, I’ll surface the MDF spoilboard to get it nice and flat.
