WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY - BALD EAGLES on a frozen lake. Photographing from a HOMEMADE PHOTOGRAPHY BLIND
When you see an opportunity with wildlife photography, you jump all over it! I recently saw a deer carcass on a frozen lake so I went out the next morning with my homemade photography blind (photography hide) to photograph some Bald Eagles that were taking advantage of the meal.
It was a fantastic opportunity to watch these magnificent birds, while being completely hidden, as they fed and competed with each other for this bounteous, winter meal.
These birds are mainly migratory in my area and it's always a joy to photograph and observe them during the cold, winter months. As always, I observed these animals in a respectful manner that didn't affect them in any way.
I also review the blind that I use in this video and in others. It's a homemade blind that I made a few years ago and is very compact, lightweight and great for situations like these. Thanks for the support and have a wonderful week!
