Reflecting on my Suicidal Diary Entries - Part 1

I thought I'd share my experiences of deep depression after suffering a spinal cord injury and my thoughts leading up to my suicide attempt. My hope with these videos is to help people that may be suffering in a similar situation and help them see that these moments can be temporary and not to make any hasty decisions that can't be undone. Life gets better and time heals.

It was pretty tough to open up about this stuff, but if I can help out just one person, it will be worth it.
