* Vizio TV XVT3D47 model common issues are no power that can be bad IC on main board under the heat shield. Also no picture problem can be bad IC on tcon board located under heat shield too. TV won't turn on until Vizio logo flashes or flashing orange and white for 5 minutes then should turn on.
