Steven Skybell and Joseph Skibell, Jewish Brothers in the Arts

Joseph Skibell and Steven Skybell are brothers although they spell their names differently. Joseph has received the Rosenthal Foundation Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, the Sami Rohr Award in Jewish Literature, and the Turner Prize. Steven is an award-winning Broadway and film actor, recently nominated for a Tony Award for his role in Cabaret. He has also been nominated for a Drama Desk Award for his role in "Amid Falling Walls".
