INGREDIENTS
For the base:
60g Unsalted butter
140g Lotus biscuits
For the filling:
450g Light Philadelphia
150g Double cream
75g Stevia
Vanilla extract
4 Scoops whey protein
(Optional: 1 sachet of Gelatin with 250ml water - DO NOT use all the liquid unless needed)
For the topping:
Whateverrrrr you want

1) Melt your butter in the microwave in batches of 10-15 seconds.
2) Bash/blend/process your biscuits into a crumb, and mix into the melted butter.
3) Flatten out the mixture into the base of your (greased) cheesecake tin, and place in the fridge to cool.
4) In a mixing bowl, whip your 150g of double cream until stiff.
5) Add in 450g of light Philadelphia, sweetener, vanilla extract and whey protein; mix until smooth.
6) OPTIONAL: add Gelatin mixture until consistency matches the one in the video (make sure not to add too much liquid, or it will defeat the purpose of the Gelatin).
7) Apply mixture to the base, level it out, and add toppings at your will.
8) Place in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
9) Enjoy, and tell all your friends how unreal it was...
