美食台 | 大雪,這頓飯吃完就快過年啦!
今日大雪,萬物蕭殺。這個時候的東北農村早已進入了農歇,陸陸續續開始了殺年豬備冬糧,殺豬菜就是當地人一年到頭最期待的一餐。我們到訪的牡丹江萬家村,傳統的殺豬菜是要成雙數上桌:血腸、白肉、拆骨肉和酸菜這4道必不可少的主菜,其余則各家隨喜增加。親戚鄰裏圍坐在一起,吃著熱氣騰騰的殺豬菜,嘮嘮家常,這樣溫暖愜意的生活會一直持續到春節。

Relatives and neighbors gather around, eating steaming Pork Stew while chatting. Such warm and comfortable life will last to the Spring festival.
