Teardrop Wire Pendant - Wire Wrapping - Jewellery Making Tutorial
In this jewellery making tutorial, I will show you how to create this simple wire wrapped pendant, just basic tools and copper wire. I have added an amber bead but you could add any from your stash and use up all those leftover beads.

Techniques used;
2 & 2 wire weave
Basketweave
Hand coiling

Materials used;
0.9mm bare copper wire from www.wires.co.uk
0.4mm bare copper wire from www.wires.co.uk
5mm amber round bead

Wire Gauge???
Yes! I mostly use UK terms, as I’m from the U.K 🇬🇧. I do try to include US Terms but in case I miss them here they are 😊 Thank you 😊
0.25mm - 30 AWG
0.4mm - 26 AWG
0.6mm - 22 AWG
0.8mm - 20 AWG
0.9mm - 19 AWG
1mm - 18 AWG
1.25mm - 16 AWG
1.5mm - 14 AWG
2mm - 12 AWG

Tools used;
Flush cutters
Chain nose/narrow nose pliers
round nose pliers.
