As a relationship expert, I could - maybe should - have an absolute field day in the weeks leading up to Valentine's Day. It's the day that celebrates love, after all. But this year, I'm going tell you what I really think about Valentine's.

Don't get me wrong! My message doesn't come from a bitter place. Of course celebrate today with your loved ones. But if you've got this feeling that the day isn't as wonderful as it's "supposed" to be... there's a reason for that.
