Creating a Seamless Lead and Client Experience
There's more to branding than just making cute graphics and having a website, your lead and client experiences help shape your brand, too.
Before you get the client, you have to not only attract the lead, but you also have to make a good impression on them from their very first interaction with your business.
This 1st interaction that you recognize is your lead process, so service-based entrepreneurs, let's talk about what that lead experience should include at a bare minimum:
1. Form
2. Thank you page
3. Confirmation email
4. Questionnaire
5. Proposal
Once you get that person to agree to work with you, your client experience should be seamless as well and should include:
1. Contract
2. Invoice
3. Onboarding
4. Booking
5. Close-out/Review Request
Honestly, I just scratched the surface of the kinds of experiences you need to create to secure the kind of brand reputation that sells.
Join me for my upcoming workshop, The Science of Branding™:
Creating a Brand Reputation That Sells where I'll help you carefully craft a brand reputation to attract your dream clients and stand out (in a good way) in your industry.
By the end of this 2-hour workshop we will:
✓ Map out your lead management and client onboarding processes (interaction)
✓ Complete a brand audit to see where there is room for improvement (branding)
✓ Do an Instagram highlight makeover (social media)
Yes, we'll be completing tasks together during this workshop!
