You make more money when you reduce your services.

Yes, you read that right, and I speak from experience. When I reduced my services from 6 offers to 2 I almost doubled my income in a quarter. I went from $28K to $45K working with fewer clients and in effect working less.

For some reason, service-based entrepreneurs think they need to add more and do more to make more.

But ultimately you are confusing your potential buyers and working yourself to death to end up not making your income goals anyway.

OR you work your ass off to the point of exhaustion when you could have simplified.
