I Ate Only 16 Points for One Week // I made two BIG Mistakes // My WW // Over 50
I conducted an experiment. I stretched out my daily WW Smart Points that I usually eat in one day - I ate a day's worth of points during the whole week - 16 points. I made two big mistakes that I have to own-up to. Did I stick to it? Here's what happened!

Breakfast:
3 eggs, asparagus, spinach, 1/2 oz of ham or 3 mini turkey pepperoni (all seven days)
Always a fruit
Coffee w/fat-free half and half
Lunch:
Turkey meatballs w/marinara, grapes, carrots celery
Turkey Chili over brown rice, carrots and snap peas, grapes
Lemon Chicken over brown rice, grapes, carrots
Turkey meatballs w/marinara grapes, cut veggies
Turkey meatballs w/marinara, blueberries, cut veggies
Chili over baked potato, apple
Chicken soup, mago
Dinner:
Salmon on grill, steamed green beans, brown rice, mango
Grilled chicken, asparagus, grapes
Roaster chicken, Snow peas - steamed, Applesauce (no sugar added)
Chicken Parm (zero point, no cheese, zero point marinara), steamed green beans
Turkey chili over baked potato
Chicken soup (homemade), grapes

Snacks:
Apples
No sugar added apple sauce
Microwave popcorn
Coffee w/fat-free half and half (I had coffee twice as a snack)
Mango (my favorite - I feel like I'm cheating)
Oranges
Blueberries
Banana
Pears (if you watched the whole video you know how this was a HUGE mistake)
