Chaos Agent returns to Steamy Stacks only to find the destruction left in the wake of EGO’s assault. His beloved monster, the Devourer, is there as well, but he does not look as excited as usual to see his supposed master. Turns out, Devon has a new master in Fusion, as does all of ALTER. Fusion exiles Chaos Agent. With nowhere left to turn, the ALTER boss resigns himself to his fate, but his daughter Chic arrives in time for one last talk. Meanwhile, EGO members Purple Remedy and Gold 8-Ball work to free Journey from Hazard’s influence...
