Lioness calling her four cubs in the Kalahari
Taken near Twee Rivieren in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. We witnessed this lioness with four suckling cubs cross the road. She anxiously calls softly to them to keep them together. Turn the volume way up to hear the very quiet way she controls the cubs. She has no wish to let predators know that there are cubs around.
