Booth Western Art Museum - Cowboys & Indians
A trip to the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, GA. This beautiful 80,000 square foot facility is associated with the Smithsonian Institute and contains a very respectable collection of "Western Art" from most of the more notable artists in the genre. The majority of the works shown here are oil on canvas paintings with some acrylic paintings as well and several bronze statues and busts, some of them painted.
