How to make Jalapeno Poppers on a Pellet Smoker | Camp Chef Pellet Grill | Jalapeno Popper Recipe

In this video I will show you how to make Jalapeno Poppers on the Camp Chef Pellet Smoker Grill. I did a much spicier version of this recipe a couple years ago. The spice was too much for some people to handle so I re-created this recipe in a more mild version. I hope you enjoy this video and give this recipe a try at your next gathering! Ingredients Needed: (I did 9 larger Jalapenos in this video)
- Jalapeno Peppers
- 8oz. Cream Cheese
- 1.5 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 3/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Your Favorite BBQ Rub (approximately 3 Teaspoons total for cream cheese and outside of peppers)
- 1 Package of Bacon (I used Thick Cut)
Directions:

- WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!

- Remember “high smoke” is roughly 220-225 degrees F
