Red Velvet Cake Bites | Valentine's Special

Red Velvet Cake Bites is small and suitable for giving away as a Valentine's gifts for someone you care and love. I put them in a Mason jar wrapped with red napkin and a ribbon tied around the top. I regretted not showing that as part of the video as it looks so gorgeous. I actually enjoyed the wrapping part more to be honest :p I gave it to my best friend, and her family finished them within a day, I am so glad. It's another easy to make dessert and I hope you'll enjoy the video. Wishing all a Happy Valentine's Day.

Ingredients:

160g (1 cup + 4 tbsp) cake flour or all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 baking soda
1/2 baking powder
1/2 salt
60g (1/4 cup) butter
120g (1/2 cup+ 1 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
110g (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
120g (1/2 cup) milk or buttermilk
15g red coloring (or about 7-8 drips)
