"Everybody who has played Superman has offered something incredible. George Reeves, the first one, I used to watch with my -- when I was in play school, I used go to a woman's house, she would babysit us, and whenever she saw Superman pop out a window, she said, 'I could sure use a cape like that.' And I always thought the source of Superman's power was the cape, and now you're wearing a towel around your neck all day. But my Superman was Chris Reeve. He was the guy that made it bright and hopeful and he was the boy scout. He was just a kid out of Kansas who was the most powerful man in the world trying to do something right, so that one really strikes a chord with me but I think every Superman we've had has had something brilliant to offer us and I've I've devoured them all. I love them all."
