Practice Mode, and Setlists are coming in 2016
Online Play sounds likely, but they stressed that it’s something that will take time, as not only is there a lot of testing involved, but they want to improve over Rock Band 3’s online play
They will be sending out a survey about online play shortly to gather feedback about what people find important
The January update will be more about stability, and performance, as well as some leaderboard fixes rather than the larger scope of the December update
They’ve bumped up the priority of exports, and are hoping to have those available in January. Will start with Rock Band 1, then Rock Band 2, then Lego Rock Band
The priority of exports means there might be a week, or two in January that doesn’t have new DLC

Reddit AMA Notes (in no particular order):

Improved song sorting options are on their radar
They are still working with ION, and Microsoft to add support for the ION Drum Rocker, but there is no ETA
An in-depth explanation as to why there are less character customization options in Rock Band 4 compared to Rock Band 3
Sounds like time, and man power to submit songs is more of a barrier to RBN songs on the new systems than licensing
There was also a link to this older thread which says bringing back RBN in full is unlikely
Re-releasing export packs as DLC is unlikely, but it’s possible that single songs could be re-released (though they said that’s not something they’re pursuing at this time)
A good, in-depth explanation as to what happened with the ability for singers to talk to the audience
They’re considering having the game change the singer for each song depending on whether the song is sung by a male, or female
More clothing options will be coming in 2016
More Metallica in Rock Band 4? “Likely Not”
An explanation of having over drive carry between songs in shows mode, with the note that they have heard the concerns from people who want that removed so their scores can save
Score Duel is one of many things they’re looking at for online play

Rock Band 3 export for PS4 Users in SCEE territories is still in testing, and will be released as soon as they’re confident it’s working as intended
Rock Band 4 will not be developed for Wii U, but they hope to bring it to Nintendo’s next system
They will not likely ever allow explicit DLC songs due to the ESRB rating
They’re investigating a freezing issue on Xbox One
No plans for the return of music videos from Rock Band 3
The Rock Band 2 20 bonus songs will be available in Rock Band 4
Green Day Rock Band export will be available in 2016 for PS4 users
There will probably not be another band specific game
Different colour instruments, and a wireless microphone are in “development, and creative stages”
They’re working on addressing some score exploit bugs
They are not likely to add support for multiple people playing the same instrument
There will be no additional charge to carry forward legacy exports
Pro Guitar will also never return to Rock Band
The full version of 2112 is coming
The Doors songs for those that downloaded the free/discounted tracks during Rock Band 3’s launch week are coming in 2016, but are not an immediate priority
They’re investigating whether they’re going to bring back double base pedals
Old DLC fixes are coming after the exports in January
They want to look at adding more achievements/trophies in the future
Leaderboard access outside of the game is not currently part of their development timeline
“Never say never” was the answer about supporting the Guitar Hero Live guitar
“Our DLC works pretty much like iTunes. You buy it and you own it, forever. Since we custom author every piece of content in our store a streaming based model isn’t really a technical possibility”
They “would probably get in a boatload of trouble” if they changed the functionality of the Share button on the PS4 guitar to activate overdrive
No holiday DLC sales planned
