The Inconvenient Truth About The Harmonica

If you play the harp yourself, work with a harmonica player, or are just a fan, you should know that this “simple” instrument isn’t as simple as it looks. Why can’t I play this blues lick when asked? What’s going on inside a harmonica player’s head when they look at a tune?

In this video, I’ll tell you my experience dealing with the inconvenient truth about the harmonica when it comes up at gigs, recording sessions, etc. When confronted with something hard to play on the harmonica, I have to figure out how, which leads me to explore the instrument and open up more possibilities.
