1 year ago today I chose to give up alcohol... for good!

I made this video for anyone wondering why I decided to end my toxic relationship with drinking and what I learned from 365 days of sobriety. I wanted to put all the answers to questions I was frequently asked over this past year in one place.

It’s been a year full of highs and lows, but so many lessons learned. Giving up alcohol isn’t about living a life of restrictions, it’s about setting yourself free from the thing that’s always held you back. Here’s to many more years of sobriety to come and hoping that this video ends up on the screen of someone who needs it.
