Airthereal 9kw Tankless Water Heater Installation and Review

Found this odd device that claims to consume 9kw to heat water passing through it. The only thing that I don't care for is the unnecessarily large size.
The components seem sound and the device works without issue right out of the box. I still can't get passed that enormous housing filled mostly with air.
