Reformer on the Mat - Pilates Matwork Level 2 - 35 min - Full-body workout
Reformer on the Mat is made from non-traditional Mat exercises to give you a well rounded full-body workout. The exercises in this class, as the title says - its reformer exercises translated onto mat work. The class is done under BASI BLOCK SYSTEM sequence. We start with Warm Up, Footwork series, Abdominal, Hip Work, Spinal Articulation, Stretch, Full Body Integration 1, Arms, Legwork, Lateral/Rotation, Back Extension.
The Reformer exercises: Footwork, The Hundred, Short box series, Climb-a-tree, Frog, Circles series, Bottom Lift, Semi Circle, Standing Lunge Stretch, Scooter, Knee Stretch series, Elephant, Upstretch1, Seated Arms series, Kneeling Glute series, Side Bend, Swan.
