Rainbow Neon Glow Text Effect - Photoshop Tutorial

There are a lot of cool and easy neon glow text effect Photoshop tutorials, but this one I added a colorful rainbow look to it. This is created by using the rainbow gradient tool, then using the "Create Clipping Mask" function which adds the colors to the text. Then I duplicate that layers, then add Gaussian Blur to show the glowing effect. The Inner Glow options adds the white light effect to the text.
