Kozyvacu TA350 Teardown and repair. (fiberglass blade on rotor was stuck)

This is a cheapie little vacuum pump I bought a while back.
It has come in super handy, but broke down on me.

So as I usually tend to do, if something is broke, how much worse could I make it by tearing it apart?

Turns out for a cheap unit, its built quite well. Nothing super amazing, but solid overall I'd say.
