📋 Ingredients (Makes 8 Muffins):

• ½ box Pillsbury sugar-free cake mix
• 3 scoops vanilla or strawberry protein powder 💪
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¾ cup egg whites 🥚
• ¾ cup strawberry purée 🍓
• ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk 🥛

⚡ Optional Add-Ins:

• ½ tsp vanilla extract for extra flavor
• ¼ cup chopped fresh strawberries for texture
• 1 tbsp sugar-free white chocolate chips 🍫

📝 Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with 8 liners or spray with nonstick spray.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix cake mix, protein powder, and baking powder.
3️⃣ Add egg whites, strawberry purée, and almond milk. Stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Divide batter evenly into 8 muffin cups.
5️⃣ Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6️⃣ Let cool & enjoy!
