High Protein Chocolate Cookie

Soft, chocolatey, and packed with protein—because gains and dessert can coexist.

High-Protein Chocolate Brownies with Caramel Chips

Ingredients:
• 80 g (1/3 cup) Greek yogurt
• 20 g (3 tbsp) chocolate protein powder (or oat flour)
• 15 g (2 tbsp) oat flour (or any flour)
• 15 g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
• 10 g (1 tbsp) granulated sweetener of choice
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• Caramel chips (sprinkled on top before baking)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).
2. In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, granulated sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until combined.
3. Stir in protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder. Mix until combined—if using vegan protein powder or casein, you may need 1-2 tsp of milk to fix the dough.
4. Pour batter into a baking dish and sprinkle caramel chips on top.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until set.
6. Let cool slightly before enjoying!
