F4's "distracting" noise is made from a second sample?

In The Caretaker - Burning Despair Does Ache, from approx. 6.1-7.0 seconds, there's a weak screeching noise played over the main track, as part of the "confusing" distortions. In this more audible edit it sounds like a cello, if it's still not clear set this video to a slower speed. I have no idea where this audio is from
