In our society women are not generally encouraged to study or pursue their dreams. Some of them get married at an early age which causes hindrance to their dreams. Aruna is also married at a small age, but she didn't let this fact alter her success as a woman entrepreneur. She shared her success story through Josh Talks Telugu platform.
Her success story is a transformation from a shy young girl to a successful woman entrepreneur. In her childhood, she was shy to even tell her likes and preferences to her family. But after her marriage, her husband motivated and filled inspiration in her to do something. She studied until tenth class before her marriage she completed her degree after her marriage with the support of her husband.

Her journey as a businesswoman started immediately after her child's birth, she used to carry her twenty-one-day old child to her showroom and used to take care of its maintenance. Later she started innovating new ideas in their already existing furniture shop. Her new ideas became successful and this gave their family enough boost to start her own home decor showroom in their city.
Her story is not just a success business story but it also teaches us one has come out of ones comfort zone to achieve success. She transformed herself into a successful person. This makes us understand that if you believe in yourself you can do anything no matter what was your background or personality.

She has also organized free workshops for beauticians to help them to improve their business. She also overcame her fear of public speaking, she organized an event to felicitate successful woman. She has also started a foundation named Telugu to serve the needy.

She gives a message to youth to there is no shortcut to success, you have to keep trying until you achieve success. She tells us that one should not be afraid that one is alone. You can achieve anything you want if you never give up. Her inspirational story is a real motivation to all Andhra Pradesh and Telangana people.
