Variety is the Spice of Aquaculture

The global demand for seafood is greater than ever, and aquaculture is looking to ease the pressure off wild fish stocks.

Stephen Cross of Kyuquot SEAfoods is moving his operation away from a monoculture and towards a multi-species model in order to create an ecological-based aquaculture system capable of producing more seafood.
